(no subject)
HAHA I'm so awesome.
I went to the college swimming pool the other day with some friends of mine. They told me it cost $3 to get in, but I only had two dollar bills and another dollar in change. I handed out the bills with one hand and I was about to give her the other dollar, but she had already rung up my two dollars. She gave me my little wrist band thing and I went into the locker rooms. Turns out, it cost $3 for adults to get in and only $2 for children. She thought I was a child!!! I was laughing so hard when we figured it out. I'm going to try to pass as a child at the movies the next time I go and see if anything happens. Unless that's actually considered lying....then I might feel too guilty...
So I finally saw "The Island". That was...I'm actually not sure what I thought about it. Or why they named it "The Island". It reminded me a little too much of "Brave New World", which I didn't really like. But I love Ewan McGregor. I also saw "Mean Girls". I didnt like it as much as I thought I would, but there were some really funny parts. I am so sure now that someone is sneaking some fat gaining bars into my food.
One of my teachers at my school is an avid UoU fan, which is the distinct rival of BYU. He gave me crap when he found out that I was going to BYU. So now whenever we see each other we rant about the other person's school. The funny thing is, I'm on the staff for the school newspaper, so I put a little something in there stateing that he loves BYU. He wasnt there last Friday when the paper came out, so I don't know what he will do when he sees it. HAHA.
So, my sister's getting married in two weeks from this Tuesday. Scary.
I'm on my dad's work laptop from work in my room right now. I lOVE wireless internet!!! It rocks my socks. I hope to get one when I graduate
