Only slightly disappointed
the jacket arrived today. It is not fully water proof...but I suppose water repellent means only sort of water proof? like sprinkling? I dumped some water on it lol. Oh well, the jacket is still REALLY CUTE, it's vibrant...yes, very cute.
I realized I am accumulating red/white/blue/black clothes lately....with a couple pieces of crazy bright clothes n such.
ALSO, I bought fabric to sew into curtains today, they were on clearance at wal-mart. I bought two rolls...
6 yards of Sheer navy blue with white polkadots
and 6 yards of soft, slightly textured white
I'm going to put the white on one side and the polkadots on the other. Once I am finished i am contemplating putting accents on it...maybe a pale yellow...or red...though red would make it very patriotic...oh, and ribbon to tie it back. The cloth was 18$ total which is not bad at all, but it's gonna be some work on my part and I will probably hand-sew it as I have no idea where the little sewing machine is and I don't like using that thing anyway. That'll be quite a project.
Oh, and for class we are to read this book...and by the time I got to the bookstore it was closed...but I found it at King Library which is even BETTEr cus class ends in 3 days lol. YEA! I need to stop spending money, REALLY. I'm serious.
Anyway, time to get goin on my homework! Hopefully I get to start on my curtain project SOON! <3333...like Real Soon cus it'll take me a while.
