Wow! Internet!
AT&T had an outage today, and it just so happened to be in my area. How spectacular, right? When we called, we couldn't even get through. They just had a recording affirming that there was indeed an outage.
It literally lasted all day: no internet, home phone, or TV. Bubby even had to go to Starbucks to do his homework. I mean... are we even going to get an explanation, let alone an apology?? I understand when things go wrong, really. But we're talking at least 16 hours here. Starbucks just around the corner had an AT&T connection that was working perfectly fine.
Of course, half of me expects it to be the result of the construction. They bust our water lines, take out our electricity, cut down our trees, destroy our grass, and have messed with our internet connection on one previous occasion. Not to mention what they've done to traffic around here.
I was supposed to post my write up on the Texas Ballot this morning... and now it's not even Thursday anymore! *pouts*
