WOO HOO.... it's so Pamtastic!
That's right kids, one of my closests friends (PAM) is moving within 3 hrs of me. He husband was in the middle of a bidding war between 3 companies. Each wanting him to work for them. It was a choice between a company in Raleigh, NC, Framingham, Ma. & San Diego, Ca. (Where they currently live).
Yes, San Diego is beatiful but you know how those California people can be. *wink* She loves the weather in California and she will miss her pool, that is is she doesn't get a house with a pool in the boston area, but she is willing to make the move to make her husband happy.
I myself am very happy. We haven't lived close to each other since we shared a duplex some 11 yrs. ago. After I moved to Boston is was all down hill. About every three yrs. she would move further and further away. Starting in Richmond then to Raleigh then a move to Atlanta and finally in California. WOOOSH!

I can't wait and I have already started to help her look for homes online and when she comes to look at houses in person I am totally up there. Can't wait, can't wait!
Now, if I can get my friend from Richmond, Va. to move closer, then my plan to take over the world would go into effect!
