Home Early today...
The Kitchen people called this morning and wanted to know if they could come and finish (trim around the bottom of the cabinets and give us a missing handle) the kitchen today. They said they would be here around 4PM. I left work around 3:25 and made it home just in time.
Had a pretty easy day at work today. Got a bunch of stuff done this morning, then around noon my boss said she wanted to take me to lunch for doing a great job of putting the conference together and for all my hard work. We had lunch, went to Michael's, bought a few things, then she said "Wanna go to Trader Joe's". HELL YEA! I spent something like $40.00 and bought all kinds of good stuff. I totally miss having a Trader Joe's near me. We finally made it back to the office around 2:30. Not a bad day if you ask me. Tomorrow should be a breeze as well... I HOPE! Of course with everyone knowing how long I am going to be out of the office I bet I will be swamped.
