She tried to smile at Johnny, but it never quite reached her eyes. Swallowing hard, she went to their window to look out and see if she could see anything.
However, it wasn't long before staring out the window led to tears filling her eyes and spilling over.
She had listened to a download of last night's radio and managed to keep herself pulled together up until now.
