Buying schoolbooks is the worst. I'm taking an art class and the newest edition of the required text is $130. There's always a couple of people loitering by the door, making small talk before asking a cough-up of $50 or more. I don't usually have that much money on me...it's probably cheaper on Amazon, anyway.
I haven't gotten involved in a good book in a while, either. Recently, I re-read Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and through the looking glass for the, like, septillionth time. I guess that I don't read very much now anyway, sigh. I'm waiting for Pride & Prejudice & Zombies to come out in June, right around my birthday probably.
wemakebelieve says that Elton John is working on a movie variation of the same thing...minus zombies. Will it be better than Repo!, do you think? ♥
Watchmen is coming out pretty soon. I've never read the series, apologies to Alan Moore. Maybe there's still time to locate a copy and read it before the movie comes out. I heard that on DVD, the director's cut will be like, three hours and twenty-five minutes long. Is that necessary?
P.S. I still want to do a picture post, damnit.
