A new batch of Delena wallpapers! This time I've made matching sets because the images look like they can have more love~ :D Maybe I was feeling angst when I was doing the wallpapers because almost everyone of them turned out kind of dark and hints of melancholy.

This is absolutely gorgeous. I love Iridescent and the Eternity series. I might snag the icon of Elena/Damon from that one. I just LOVE the color and the curves of the faces and how you fit them together. Truly gorgeous.

I also really like the series of dual moments around the same line. I had noticed some of these, but you reminded me of some other ones I had forgotten about. Wonderful work, from the colors, the masking/layering, to the themes and aesthetic work on fitting the forms/shapes in an artistic way. You are very talented: the best I've seen in TVD fandom so far. I'm really glad I finally found someone who can express the feeling and mood of TVD in such a sublime way. Looking forward to more of your work.

i'm glad you love it! i was trying to express some kind of tranquility and intensity in eternity, and i wanted it to be very sad... because eternity can be torturing but it can also mean a moment, an eternity, like for example actually the one that damon has been waiting for is elena in his forever. that kind of longing feeling. i'm not sure if you get what i'm saying. LOL. X)

thank you! the dual moments were inspired by a fanvideo i saw which reminded me of the number of times they said the same lines, and i particularly take note of them when i was rewatching. i'm going to start working on a new batch but probably not so soon till i will be done...

so i know you're a delena fan, i'm curious to know of your thoughts about katherine... do you mind sharing? :) i always find myself like/hate her. x_x

I'm not sure. All we have seen (and heard) is from the point of view of the brothers. Her reality may be very different. She could very well have been in love with both brothers and have been in earnest unable to chose. But there are indications from the spoilers on the first episode of next season that it wasn't the case. I dislike the idea that she has been toying with Damon, because he really loved her, and her betrayal screwed him up really good

actually what we know about katherine and back in 1864 is mostly only from stefan's side of the story, so pretty much unreliable. from what we saw in the sneak previews, it seems to prove katherine is unworthy of the complete love damon gives/gave her.

i totally agree with you on this one. i can't imagine how he had lived for a century and a half, having hopes to find her and getting crushed, not just once that it seems so... desperate. it makes my heart ache wonder where will someone finally love him.

everyone prefers stefan for whatever reasons. "you are incapable of trust" - this line by stefan keeps sounding in my head. he always tries to deny him and using katherine to hurt him, i realise. in episode nine, he was saying how he was the last one to see her, that crestfallen expression on damon's face was unbearable to watch. another thing about damon, he is always the first one to fend off any
