While I'm generally a very friendly person, random friending on LJ seems a little pointless to me. If we've talked before or seem to have many things in common, then sure, I'll add you back. But if I have no clue who you are and no idea why you want me on your friends list, then I'm most likely just going to let you sit on my "friend of" list until the end of time.
