Time-Travel Week!
Well, it felt like it, coz we taped on Tuesday like usual but it didn't air till yesterday, so we have to wait an extra day, till tonight, for the results. It was movie night, with Quentin Tarantino, who made me laugh my ass off with some of his comments. He liked my "Summertime" from Porgy and Bess but said he missed my funk and wanted me to rock out again next week. That's cool, but next week is Barry Manilow week! ha! So I dunno, I hope he won't hold that against me.
After the show, George and I snuck out and RuPaul dressed him in drag and me as a boy and we went to the Lakers basketball game with Jack and John and his wife Caro and Dom and Billy and baby Dommie. He's a little more than a year old and reminded me of my daughter Zion when she was that age, cute and happy and laughing and making everyone else happy, too. It was fun to be out but have no one know who we were and to try to explain basketball to the people who didn't know about it and to hang out with some different people. RuPaul is really funny, she wanted to shoot hoops during halftime, and she kept saying how good lookin and hott all the players were. George, thanks for talking me into going!
