I had to consult some experts on this. *G*theantijossFebruary 27 2009, 04:27:11 UTC
As I'm not much of a country music fan. Apparently, there are LOTS of bloody, violent, scary country songs! Here's the list of Tector & Lyle's 10 Favorite Country Songs:
The Gorch's Top Ten Country & Western Songs
1. Jim Stafford - Spiders and Snakes 2. Doc Watson Family - The Triplett Tragedy 3. Johnny Cash - Delia's Gone 4. Charley Pride - The Snakes Crawl at Night 5. Charlie Daniels Band - The Legend of Wooley Swamp 6. Elvis Costello - Psycho 7. Bill Anderson (or Porter Wagoner) - The First Mrs. Jones 8. Slim Cessna's Auto Club - This is How We Do Things in the Country 9. Anything by Faith Hill 10. Toby Keith - Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue
1. El Paso 2. Waltz Across Texas 3. Walking After Midnight 4. Guitars, Cadillacs 5. Mama Tried 6. Friends in Low Places 7. Cold, Cold Heart 8. Funny How Time Slips Away 9. My Heroes Have Always Been Cowboys 10. Wasted Days and Wasted Nights

How about songs about the Gorch's??
I'll Go to My Grave Loving You - Statler Bros.(Cause Lyle liked to make the girls enjoy dying) Walking after Midnight - Patsy Cline (Obviously written just for vampires) Every Time Two Fools Collide = Kenny Rogers (Cause somebody said that to them once and it made them listen to the song) I Wanna Make You Close Your Eyes - Dierks Bently (Cause that was the plan for that Slayer when they came to Sunnydale!) Fight I Couldn't Win - Keri Thomas (Cause that Buffy was really mean. No thought for familial relations.) No Time to Kill - Clint Black(Cause it was funny) Elvira - Oak Ridge Boys (Cause they were the ones who turned her anyway) It's a Great Day for Me to Whoop Somebody's Ass - Paul Thorn (the official Gorch brothers anthem) I Was Country When Country Wasn't Cool - Barb Mandrell (Cause it's true!)
Hey Chris I've been kind of just in and out following this comm, and now I'm way back into it, rewatching the series etc. Am I allowed to just post icons if it follows the episode for that week? Or like I usually do all (most) old school stuff, if I go back and do some S1 and other early stuff? What's your policy on that. Because I might have my musey back :D, and being on reading week doesn't hurt either.
