Another Season Four catch-up fic

One more, this one begins during A New Man and then goes astray into Spuffy AU territory. Not exactly a happy ending, though. This was not a schmoop fic. Nothing warny - no deaths, dismemberments, etc. just a melancholy ending that leaves a little room for a Spuffier sequel some day. (Or an angstier sequel... you never know...)
