10 Day Celebrity Crush Challenge - Day 8
Meme rules: Post 10 celebrities you have been in love with (had a crush on). One per day. No comment, just a picture. Then ask a friend to take up the challenge.

Another perfect storm? Or just a really amazing actor? I can't be sure because I knew nothing about Iron Man prior to Robert Downey Jr. assuming the role, whereas I'd seen RDJ in a number of things and he's always impressed me. Tony Stark does seem like the character he was always destined to play, though. Marvel credits him, justifiably, with having put the MCU on the map, and I'm using him to represent the whole epic saga that was the first three phases of the MCU because it is that saga, as much as Tony or any other single character in it, that I love. Kudos to all involved in creating and sustaining that massive venture, and bringing it to its inspired conclusion in Endgame.
Honourable mentions: the Harry Potter franchise, the entire corpus of work of Joss Whedon (with a special credit for the character of Spike who managed to force himself through a back door into my SPN AU serial) and, most recently, the Game of Thrones saga, which was the first TV show since Supernatural to truly engage my imagination. Not all of these examples have reached the status of muses, but they have inspired me in other creative ways . . .
