Summary: Lee Taemin, the vice-president of the public morals committee has one mission--to get the new boy Choi Minho , with the long hair, to cut it. But while Taemin is doing his job Minho manages to kiss him, leaving him confused and flustered. Finally, Minho agrees to cut his hair, but only if Taemin agrees to go out with him.

Minho was leaving his class after the bell rang when he found Lee Taemin waiting for him. "you've come to do your public morals thing here too?"
Taemin was choked from the latter's reaction "if you'de just cut your hair the first time around I wouldn't have to go through so much trouble!"
Minho smiled and looked at the him "there's no other reason?" Just hearing that Taemin became all red "If it wasn't for that why would I come the way here to.." he was taking very loud and he didn't noticed that all the student around was watching until he finished his sentence and at that moment he grabbed Minho's hand and whispered "Oh would you just come! this isn't a good place to talk" and he took him to the storage room, after he looked the door, Taemin turned to Minho and began explaining "The tradition of the school is to improve the students while preserving their independence.. and in return you have to abide by the decisions of the school council and the committee.
" After that speech Taemin was waiting for a good reaction from the new boy but all Minho returned was "HUH?" what made Taemin more pissed off "Don't 'Huh?' me! as the vice president of the public morals committee you have to listen to what I say. your long hair is so remarkable"
Minho touched the tips of the hair when Taemin continued "So choose a haircut and just cut it, all right?"
"..." Minho took a few minutes before he answered "No way. Too much trouble." Taemin didn't believe what he just heard even his mind couldn't take it anymore he was screaming {Th-thi-thi-this Guyyy I want to kill him} yup he really was thinking of hitting him but he couldn't because of his position, Taemin turned around and approached the window, he paused his arms on The edge and tried to calm down he was whispering to himself "Calm down Taemin, it's ok you can't lose your self control beside him, you're going to make him win like that" he Was immersed in his thoughts so he didn't notice that Minho Approached him and embraced him from behind he putted his head on Taemin's shoulder and said "If I do what you want then I won't be able to see those adorable cheeks get red with anger"
" !!.. Wha-.." Taemin didn't knew what to say he was shocked but Minho continued his speech with confidence like if he was in a normal situation.
"You kind of look like a toy, it fascinates me."
And he squeezed Taemin's chest what made the last one shivering "Wha~~ What are you doing ~~ there's limit to how much you can tease someone..."
Minho approached more and whispered "Minnie you're really slender.." Taemin froze it's the first time that someone got that close to him, he couldn't react and didn't knew what to say he was just standing like a status and just listened to what Minho was saying "I've never seen you when you're not wearing that proper uniform.. but you feel better to touch than I imagined you would."
Minho approached his lips to Taemin's ear so slowly what made Taemin shivered just when he felt the taller boy's breath at that Time the older jumped from the shock "HEY.. WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE GOING TO DO? SERIOUSLY CUT IT OUT!!" But it was like Taemin asked him for more, Minho bit Taemin's ear in very sensually way and he said with a mocking air "I was doing to do this.."
"WAAA!! S..STOP DOING THAT!!" Taemin was mixed with anger and shy But Minho didn't care, he winked to him and brought out his tongue then said "No way, because I want to tease you a little more. Didn't I say so? I like the face you make when you're flustered" and then he looked up through the window "Anyway, I'm not going to cut my hair until I change my mind" he said it like nothing happened and Taemin felt blood boil in his veins he turned to face the other boy "T-then quickly change your mind, Choi Minho! I have a lot riding on it.."
"What?"
Taemin didn't answered, of course he didn't, how could he answer when he noticed that he's face to face with Minho, words was blocked "...Uh" His face became all red like a tomato, The older boy took the opportunity and approached him more "What do you mean..? Tell me." Quickly Taemin realized the situation he was in and turned his head "Um.. Look.. it's my duty.. that's all it is"
"What? were you scold by the public morals committee man?"
"I wasn't scolded or anything but.. but you.." Taemin closed his eyes while talking it was like he was wishing to be in a nightmare and when he will open his eyes again he will wake up, but sorry Minnie the reality was something else, Minho took the opportunity and approached his face to Taemin's cheek and licked it, "When you're flustered your cheeks get so red.. They look kind of.. sweet" Taemin's eyes was wide opened from the shock, he took a few second before he could react, he almost punched him on the face but Minho was so fast, He dodged while swishing and then laughed at Taemin's reaction "Hahaha, you really are interesting.. you take everything way too seriously." Taemin lost the number of times Minho made blushed, "D-.. Don't laugh at me!"
Minho was enjoying teasing the younger everytime more, he looked at him amicable and said "Do you want me to fix my hair that much"
"Of course I do! fix it!"
"Umm.. not like that."
".. All right, Choi Minho! what do I have to do to make you cut your hair?"

Taemin felt jerked, waiting for the answer, while Minho approached him again and blocked him with the wall in such way that he can't run away or even make a step back "Let's see in return for agreeing to cut my hair, will you do whatever I tell you to?"
Taemin was shaking while answering him "Eh? so do you mean to use that as a bargaining point..?"And the taller boy give him a cool gaze before he said "Bargaining point, eh.. sure, why not?" Minho paused for a moment while he stuck to Taemin and they became too close, in a way that Taemin could feel his breath "..Why don't you go out.. with me" Minho said with a soft voice and then he made his lips approached Taemin's slowly, Taemin was shocked and he felt his heart beating like crazy he didn't knew what was that for, he couldn't think in anything the only thing he did was closing his eyes and only his mind was screaming {OH GOD HE'S SO CLOSE, HE'S GOING TO KISS ME NOW} and The in same time he was repeating the sentence GO OUT!! but after realizing the situation he pushed him "WAI-WAIT!! What do you mean, go out with you..? I..I'm a GUY!!"
"And I'm a guy who doesn't care about that sort of thing so.." Minho winked to him and smiled.
Taemin froze, he didn't knew what to do, that boy is driving him crazy, he teased him, almost kissed him and more then all that now he was asking him to go out. Minho cut his thinking "Come on. Don't think so much vice president. the point's I only want to tease you a little, and then I'll be satisfied."
Taemin couldn't believe how impertinent was that boy "So that's what you mean by GO OUT.. but what do you intend to do, exactly? To begin I'm a public morals committee member. so we can't kiss inside school or anything.." But he was cut by Minho's finger who touched his bottom lip "It's fine.. As long we're not seen by anyone."
Minho paused for a moment and after smiling he looked at Taemin directly in the eyes "Hey.. Starting now, let's date everyday. What do you say? Taemin"
Taemin couldn't believe his ears "WAI-.., WHA-.., EVERYDAY? and don't call me by my first name!"
Minho turned away and said "Well if you're going to be like that, I'm not EVER going to change it."
"GRRRRR!! Damn it, this impudent, cheeky, flagrant rule breaker!!"
Taemin whispered to himself but Minho heard him so he turned to face to younger again "then, it' Decided" he said with an evil smile.
"God please save me!!" Taemin whispered again but this time low enough in order that Minho will not hear him.
