This was very nice...and quite practical! Once someone who had experienced an episode with the Winchesters saw the book series, it would totally make sense that they'd first go read their own story, and, then, knowing that it was accurate, try to find some of the other survivors.

Haley was one of my favorite characters from the first season, and she seemed both intelligent and determined. I'm not surprised that she's the one you had go out and create the network!

I engaged in a project to write something about every female character who has appeared on spn, and Haley was one of the first I took on. She seemed to me someone who was eminently qualified to become a Hunter, but too practical to fall into that kind of lifestyle. So my first story about her looks at the kind of para-Hunter lifestyle she develops, and then when I was prompted to write about Becky -- she showed up!! :D And of course, Mara Daniels has also done a lot of digging and networking, so Haley is able to tap into that. There are several other New Hunters out there, like Kat and Emily, who will be a little harder to find. :D You might enjoy their stories, which you can find at the link, or by women of supernatural LJ tag. let me know if you do!

Thanks for coming over to read. :) I really love Becky, and this whole thing has to have been so hard on her... so when I was prompted to write Becky I knew there was a pretty serious story that wanted to come out, and I eventually she would be instrumental with the Winchester Gospels and the whole network that I envision around them -- so that finally came together when Haley came looking for her. :)

I love your story and I think yours and mine kind of fit together -- your is the immediate aftermath of Chuck's disappearance and mine is like how messed up she still is like a year later. HUGS!
