Clearly I am herdlike

So, fannishliss, your LiveJournal reveals…

You are… 2% unique (blame, for example, your interest in non-fiction by women), 10% peculiar, 29% interesting, 35% normal and 24% herdlike (partly because you, like everyone else, enjoy writing). It won't work for me because I took out all my interests.

*adds 'interests' to interests*

So, elliemurasaki, your LiveJournal reveals…

You are… 0% unique, 0% peculiar, 100% interesting, 0% normal and 0% herdlike. When it comes to friends you are popular. In terms of the way you relate to people, you are keen to please. Your writing style (based on a recent public entry) is intellectual.

Your overall weirdness is: 8

(The average level of weirdness is: 28.
You are weirder than 13% of other LJers.)

Find out what your weirdness level is!

I remind you I have precisely one public entry.

Probably it rates your public entry on grammatical correctness and vocabulary. I already knew I was intellectual. :)

It's pretty funny that it thinks you are interesting because you have "interests"!!! that's like when Ralph Wiggum likes "stuff" :D

Oh...that explains it. All my let it hang out posts are locked down. The public ones are mostly art challenge.

Here is what I got:

You are… 0% unique, 6% peculiar, 19% interesting, 52% normal and 23% herdlike (partly because you, like everyone else, enjoy supernatural). When it comes to friends you are popular. In terms of the way you relate to people, you are keen to please. Your writing style (based on a recent public entry) is intellectual.

Based on feedback I've gotten all my life, I think weirdness is under-rated. That makes me wonder how weird you LJ needs to be to be more than average. Maybe you have to be a person who does not write, does not make art, does not have friends, and likes only shows featuring yak farmers who renovate restaurants.

Mine's a lie.

So, datenshiblue, your LiveJournal reveals…

You are… 0% unique, 4% peculiar, 42% interesting, 38% normal and 16% herdlike (partly because you, like everyone else, enjoy writing). When it comes to friends you are popular. In terms of the way you relate to people, you are wary of trusting strangers. Your writing style (based on a recent public entry) is conventional.

Your overall weirdness is: 8

(The average level of weirdness is: 28.
You are weirder than 13% of other LJers.)

Find out what your weirdness level is!

I think it thinks I'm popular because I have a lot of friends listed, from having had this LJ for YEARS. I refuse to believe I am not unique. I'm unique, dammit! *footstamp*

Also I weirder than way more than 13%, or else the world is heading to that warm place in a handbasket way faster than I'd calculated.

Silly ole meme. :)

This quiz is so weird in terms of how it tries to use measures.

I KNOW YOU ARE UNIQUE!! :)

Yeah, I'm way weirder than it thinks too. :)

I am bummed that I messed up the link to the Uhura article. I'll try to find it again. ... there were two articles actually, one was about how the first African American woman astronaut was inspired by Uhura, and the other was about how MLK told Nichelle Nichols not to leave Star Trek!! ... there was also an article about gaming... I'll have to dredge into my history to find it. Anyway the gist was about how SF and gaming really do inspire and nurture us... which I think was why I was trying to like it to your gaming post. Sorry my brain is like a sieve sometimes.
