If anyone has a nice clear sky tonight, and live far enough north, you might be lucky and get to see an aurora event. Three Solar Mass Ejections from the sun a couple of days ago should reach Earth orbit and us some time through end of Thursday and into Friday GMT. Weather permitting of course, and fighting the glare of a nearly full moon, it will be a good chance for the not so Arctic Circle folks to see some.
