2 weeks ago, we started a weekly Sunday project on our goal to a healthier/cheaper diet.
It was my idea actually, that I want to cook every Sunday so I can pack some leftovers to office and dear can eat for lunch at home on Monday. So this has been our 3rd week and so far the results were satifying.

Believe it or not, I actually whipped up a 3 dishes + 1 soup dinner tonight for dear SINGLE HANDEDLY while he played mahjong with his buddies!

haha... it's about time I start doing my wifey duties... glad hubby enjoyed his dinner. I know hubby just appreciates my cooking whether or not it's nice. He is my loyal supporter when it comes to culinary skills thus far. ;)




now already thinking about my next week's menu...
