DJ in the sky visits ferry terminal

At the Staten Island ferry's Whitehall terminal, I had only a few minutes to board the 'Kennedy', my favorite ferry. Edging around the crowd to approach the boarding door from the left side, I confirm that the cellist playing the crowd is Sean, whom I've heard before and enjoyed. I think to myself that for some people, Sean is probably their James Graseck, an audible landmark of Home in New York, and my heart ached a little. Then he played five little notes, I recognized the beginning of 'Wish You Were Here', and my heart ached a lot.
