Pectoral fly: 60, 3x9
Chest press: 60, 3x12
Row/rear deltoid: 45, 2x12
Lateral raise: 25, 3x12
Triceps press: 65, 3x9
Biceps curl: 25, 3x8

1. Yes, it's been a while since I posted a workout
2. I've changed gyms to one that better suits my budget
3. Said gym uses only Life Fitness equipment; exceptions will be noted
