(okay, this is a little self-promotion, because I wrote this review back in May, right after reading the thing, but I never posted it on LJ, so it's also sort of just a belated update.)

Meanwhile, demons are running ramped when "Megan" is let out of the nurses' office. One attacks her, saying she's going to get them all in trouble (with who, Mommy?) and her wings are revealed. Somehow, pretty, shimmery fairy wings are a magical summoning device, because as soon as it happens, a big, red demon shows up, demanding to know who's responsible for "this".
