Mini Frerard (fang!) Bang: Explanatory Post

A newer, darker album is coming up. Halloween (and Frankie's birthday) looms, and what better way to celebrate than a flailtastic mini frerard (fang!)bang? The challenge, should you choose to accept it: vampire frerard, 5k word minimum. Deadline? Halloween, of course!

I'm a little confused. So we have to have the summary in by the 15th, and the fic written by Halloween?

Ideally, yes, though with the caveat that extensions can be doled out on an as-needed basis.

Oh okay, because I've been working on the fic for a few days now and I'm about done.

good to know! If you could write a very brief summary, I would put it up on the "author signup" page -- and, if you'd prefer, we can see about setting up which artist will be paired with you, in order to give them as much time as possible to create the companion material for your fic.

Once you are finished composing your entry, if you could have a beta-reader run through it, (if you don't have a preferred beta-reader handy, one can be arranged from a pool of my ninja-volunteers) that would be lovely.

Finally -- if you finish up one entry, get it beta-read, and have an artist assigned and are drowning in torrents of free time and inspiration, you are completely allowed to compose another entry, as well ;)

Oh and I'm close to being finished and I'll probably be done by October 12th or the 13th, I just need a beta and then I'll be able to publish it.

Ok, I'm finished, I just need it beta read and I have the entry published right now \o/
and I do realize my grammar is probably horrible but I'm German so forgive me on that.

I didn't actually realize that English wasn't your first language, so you should be fine ;)

I'm going to throw a beta-reader your way; in the next day or so, I'll send you a message via this account with a link to a beta'd version, where you can go over any suggestions/corrections.
