She woke up in a bed of sweat, wondering where the hell she was. She looked around the dimly lit room and couldn't quite figure out what was going on. Last thing she remembered was finding a letter, hitting her head and seeing blood. She barely remembered Miles' sudden appearance. All she wanted to do was get the hell out of the room she was in. If only she could find the door then maybe escaping could happen.

Miles wasn't known for his stupidity. He had locked the door to the room Alicia was currently in. He wouldn't let Alicia starve though. He intended to bring her food soon. She would need all her energy for what was to come. He had many plans for her. He didn't care if she agreed with them or not. She had taken it upon herself to tangle herself in his clutches and now there was no easy way out.

Alicia got up from the bed. Her lack of coordination was obvious from the start. She had to hold onto the bed post she had previously bumped her head on to steady herself. Once everything stopped spinning she was able to walk towards the door. She wouldn't make it though. Not before Miles slammed it open with his right foot and barged in carrying a tray of food.

"I've brought you food," he told her simply.

She only stared at him. She didn't want to speak not yet. Besides her tongue felt heavy. She would need to put a lot of effort into speaking if she decided to do so. She watched him with intent eyes as he placed the tray before her.

"How do you feel?" he asked.

Alicia nodded her head, still not wanting to talk. He smiled at her. "Well good. I wouldn't want you to get sick or something because of that bump you gave yourself earlier. I healed it the best I could. I only know so much about healing charms though. If I knew more I probably would've been able to restore you to full health."

She picked up half of the sandwich he had placed on the tray and bit into it. "Mmm," she mumbled, as she continued to devour the delicious meal. Once she was done with that half, she reached for the glass of water. She took a huge gulp of it.

"I'm sorry," she told Miles.

Miles's eyes widened. "What are you apologizing for?"

"For breaking into your flat. Now please let me go. I didn't mean any harm by it," she spoke softly.

"You expect me to believe that bull?"

"It's not bull. It's the truth Miles."

He didn't believe her though. He grabbed her roughly by her right arm and pulled her away from her food. She struggled to release her arms from his grasp, but all this did was cause him to hold onto her even tighter. He was grabbing her so roughly that she could feel herself bruising already. She swung her left arm at him, but he blocked her hit.

"Bad move," he snarled.

With one arm he grabbed her right arm and with the other arm he grabbed Alicia's blonde locks. He whipped back her neck as hard as he could without breaking it and made her look at him. "Why are you doing this to me?" she asked him.

"Don't even act like an innocent now Spinnet. It's too late for that. You've done outrageous things to me in the past. It was only a matter of time before I was able to repay you. Ain't karma a bitch?"

"Everything I've ever done to you was well deserved. You started this whole fucking rivalry. Are you intending on ending it now?"

He pushed her towards the bed. She caught herself in time to stop herself from falling onto the bed that was only an inch away. She leered at Miles, not caring about the fact she was showing him how angry she was for this treatment.

"You better believe I'm ending it. Not now. Not quickly either. No, it will be a slow and agonizing thing Spinnet. I am going to bury myself in your flesh in more ways than one. The best part of it all is we're going to enjoy it immensely."

She cringed at the thought it all. "I hope you don't expect me to not fight back."

"Oh no, I expect it alright. I even look forward to it."

Before Alicia could reply Miles threw himself at her. She moved out of the way in time to stop him from pinning her down, but he still managed to grab her pant leg. He pulled her towards him, almost breaking the pants in the process. She still managed to get away, but not for long. He grew tired of these games and threw a colorless liquid at her. She yelled loudly her protest and this gave him enough time to corner her. Once cornered, he pointed his wand and threatened to hex her if she didn't drink the water he had brought her. She thought this was a silly demand and did it without question.

It didn't take long for the drug to kick in. The colorless, odorless drug allowed Alicia to fall into an easy sleep. Miles tucked her in and gently kissed her forehead. "Once you've learned to accept your new life I'm sure you'll be fun to hang out with," he told himself.
