#o11 - Carve the name into my arm, instead of stressed I lie here charmed
So it's been a while since my last real post, hasn't it? I thought it might be a good idea to write in this thing every now and then since I think I'm going to renew my account so I can keep this username another year... or perhaps I'll change it. Any ideas for a good new username?
Either way, a lot's been happening and it's already May so I thought 'hey, why not write something about your life x.O'. I've been awfully quiet lately even though there's actually so much to tell. I don't even know where to start as it is.
First and foremost, I'm actually getting the chance to move out by May next year. Yeah, that's right. In a year. It's a bit difficult to explain except that my mum wants to move somewhere else with her boyfriend and so we're going to give the flat up we're currently living at and while she'll move somewhere with her boyfriend, I'll get my own little flat. Probably. If it works out that way. It's not set in stone yet though my mum surprised with this suggestion yesterday, actually asking me if I could even imagine that and if I thought it was wise for her to move, etc. Of course I'm okay with having my own flat-- I've been wanting to have that for years now even though I love my mum and we get along really well.
So yeah, we're probably going to look at one of the flats she found for me this friday or next week (it's a beauty, I tell you, and I really can't believe I'm writing about this now. Sheesh, still so young and I still have three years of school to go lol). Either way, I'm excited but we'll see how it works out. Like I said, nothing's set in stone just yet.
On other news, I'll also be working in August this year to earn some money and more work experience. It shouldn't be too bad-- just need to play around a little with Access and perhaps update homepages and stuff but nothing difficult x) It will be fairly easy, I hope.
Rehearsals for theatre have also started (concerning the school play we'll be doing at the end of June) and so far, they've been fun-- we're only doing the choreography at the moment (it's an operetta in case anyone is wondering and we're gonna sing playback. very funny concept and all.) so I can't wait for the text rehearsals and the costumes.
Other than that, things have been going well though school is taking up most of my time nowadays and we're getting too much homework in my opinion. Also, it's exams time again! I have business management and informatics exam next week x.X Must study for both of them, the more the better.
I'm off now - need to burn a new CD (I've been listening to my Cake cd for the past three months now everytime I go by public transportation and I think something new wouldn't be too bad...), do some homework and actually post a little on the RPG board.
