Woman on top

I just finished yet another het fic where an independent, intelligent woman turns into a submissive, passive wimp in bed (and subsequently gets increasingly servile and subservient outside of the bedroom) and... arg!  At this rate I'm going to have to write another het rant (and those never turn out well).  Thus I'm seeking recs for het fics where the woman is on top (or at least is an equal).

Guidelines:
-Het fics.  Any fandom, any pairing.
-Bare minimum, equal relationship both inside the bed and out.  If there is a dominant partner, it should be the woman.
-Completed fics only, please, the longer, the better.  Single file source much preferred.
-Absolutely no hint of non-con, dub-con, or romantic rape (i.e., 'no means yes').
-Happy endings, please.
