Harry Potter/Naruto crossover - FOUND -

So I am looking for a Harry Potter/Naruto crossover fic. It could be labled with a Harry Potter/Uchiha Itachi and Harry Potter/Uchua Sasuke pairing. All I can remember is that Harry ends up in Konoha somehow and is wandering around dressed like a girl. Sasuke stumbles across Harry while he is dressed like a girl (in a kimono) and falls in love with him but thinks Harry is a gardian spirit or ghost? I think Harry was dressed in white? And for some reason I keep thinking Harry wears a mask when in normal clothes and that he is being raised by Kakashi, and that is was Kuranai who got Harry to dress like a girl.

Does that sound like a recognizable fic to anyone?
