Looking for fic featuring Spiderman rescued by the Avengers

Hi,

I am looking for a story I read, unfortunately I did not bookmark it. Here is what I remember:
-Peter Parker was raised by Tony Stark/Steve Rogers,
-His Spiderman id is a secret from his parents,
-He is trapped in a collapsed building, and
- Uses his cell phone to call "Uncle Bruce" to get him.

That's all I remember. Any help figuring which fic this is would be great.
