Doctor Who, Post 'Journey's End' fic
In the flood of post-Journey's End fanfics, I've lost this one:
Rose and The-Doctor-with-one-Heart try to build a life in Pete's World, but fail because Rose can't accept him. He keeps pining for all the places he wanted to take her and now can't--there's a particularly angsty love scene where he lists off planet after planet. Doctor 10.5 leaves, and some years later they meet up again; he's working as John Smith in an electronic store, I think. He fixes Rose's camera. They start seeing one another again, and eventually he proposes at a nightime picnic affair. More might have come after that but I didn't get to finish it.
