Seeking specific type of fic
Hi all,
I'm looking for stories in which canon characters are related to characters who they're not related to in canon (as far as we know).
NOT complete AUs. No "What X's childhood would have been like if raised by Y" type stories. No high school AUs. They should be as canon-based as possible just with that one difference. Also, no crackfics, please.
Any fandom's fine, EXCEPT Harry Potter. Crossovers where characters from different canons are related to each other are very welcome.
Here are some examples of fics I've already read with this theme:
Alias: Thicker Than Water (Sark is Jack & Irina's son)
Angel x House: The One With the Chases (Cordy & Chase are cousins)
Buffy x Stargate SG-1: Bridges and Chaos Runs in the Family (both have Xander as Jack's son)
House x Gilmore Girls: Physics of the Spin (Rory's Rodney's daughter)
Jane Austen novels: Excessively Attentive, The Firstborn, The Second Sister, The Sins of the Father (various different scenarios where Elizabeth finds out she isn't a Bennet or that somebody else is)
Stargate Atlantis x Torchwood: Things I Can Depend On & Things I Can Believe In (Lorne is Jack's kid)
Stargate SG-1 x The Sentinel: Fathers and Sons (Jack is Blair's father)
Torchwood: Time for a Story (Jack is Gwen's grandfather)
