Supernatural xover apocalypse fic

 I'm looking for a Supernatural crossover that takes place on the road after the rest of the population has vanished.  I don't recall zombies or the like, just no one else around.  Dean and Sam have been on the road for a while when they notice another car also moving.  I can't remember who the other two men are but I know it's two men -- it's a double slash tale.  It might be Buffy/Angel...Angel and Wes?  Xander and Spike?  Not likely.  Boondock Saints...Connor and Murphy?  Mmm, could be.  Fast the the Furious...Dom and Brian?  Maybe; I seem to recall a lot of car pride.  I hope someone knows where to find this story.

Finally found it!  The other pair is House and Wilson, and (my mistake) it's not slash.  It's found at fanfiction.net.
