Most of the fans were well behaved, he stood very patiently & signed for us all. I saw the play 5 times lol. the 1st time I was in the front row & OMG he was just 3 feet in front of me. My heart was beating like a drum, after all those years Gale/BK was right in front of me. I was so close I could count his eyelashes, it was so surreal. Over the 10 nghts we were there we saw Gale many times. He knew our names, thought I was nuts coming from Sydney to see him, & accused me of making up lots of names so he's sign the playbills. Ill never forget, he had this huge smile & looks right AT YOU when he talks to you, he said "I bet your making all these names up, just so you can stand here & chat me up" lol It was so cute & after a few days we went back to see the show & when Gale saw me he said "hey, I thought you'd left & gone home" I told him that I did have something else to do, other than look at him every night, he just did that lip roll & bite thingy he does, God nearly fainted lol he was great fun.

I just went back to NYC this July. I met all my LJ friends in Central Park, we had a picnic lunch & a BIG 3-5 days together, we had such fun, I got to finally meet people I chat online with after 2-3 years. Its amazing that Gale & B&J & Randy & QaF of course, can do all this, it makes me smile:)

Mmm yeah. I was going to say it would probably be a bitch to get here. We'll see how it goes.

See, it's stuff like that that makes it all worth it, you know. I'm sure he has the greatest smile, a real sunshine smile. :D It was so funny when I started watching QAF and Gale did the whole lip roll, bite thing because I do it too! Especially when I'm trying not to laugh. Could you imagine! Him doing it at me and me doing it at him. I'd look like a right moppit.

I'm hoping to go to San Diego for Comic Con in July 2010 and meet all of my LJ friends then. A 21st birthday present to myself because it's true. Some of these girls (and guys) are like family to me.

But I'd love to go to New York and see Broadway. It's like a dream.

I caved, 6 hours and I've been flaling for my notebook since. It has been rescued and I'm working on two challenge fics. Once they're done I'm all over this piano fic like Liberty diner customers on lemon bars. Actually would you look them over and make sure they're cool when they're done? I generally don't use a beta until I'm writing for challenges so I don't have a QAF one.
