Nope the cats, fandom should be put into genre ... example for a teen Wolf Fiction, the Genre should be Teen Wolf and I still have the (TV) ... behind, think I forgot something :(
Yes the space is required. If it is missing the code won't work.
So to clarify the tag column is not converting Teen wolf (TV) to plain Teen Wolf? I am confused about the genre aspect of your question. :( my code only took the fandom and cleaned them up before inserting the fandom in the tag column. If you want genres you should make a genre custom column and select genre from the options in the FFDL custom column settings.
My code if you copied it exactly should strip everything that is not a fandom for the tag column.
The Fandom become "Genre" in my calibre, but I can't figure out how to get it to work ... do you mind helping some halpless user out ?
