Best ereader for managing large collections?

I have around 4,000 + fanfiction ebooks saved on my computer, and while I already have two ereaders capable of holding all of them, (the Kindle Fire and Nook 1st Gen,) neither of them make it easy to keep track of all of the stories on there. I want to know if there are any ereaders out there that either have a large internal memory, or the option ( Read more... )

Calibre has a "tags" column in which you can create your own tags. So you can have "Star Trek: The Original Series" or "Star Trek: Deep Space Nine" as well as "Jadzia/Julian" "Jadzia/Kira" "Jadzia/Worf" etc.

All you do is click on the book so it's highlighted, then click on the box in that line under "tags" and start typing. Hit "return" and it's done.
