Calibre

Something happened to all my books I had added to Calibre. I opened Calibre tonight and all the books I'd uploaded to it, and where I'd edited all the metadata, tags etc, were gone. What's odd is that all the books are still in my Calibre folder.

How do I get the information for the books listed in the folder, back onto Calibre?
