Oh! And her ounce of credibility just flew right out the window! *laughs* This was a treat! I admire you so much for the first bit, too-- the hint of arcane wizardry that ties it in to the world of Bainbridge and Dresden-- the story that you didn't tell is just as interesting as the story that you did.

Thank you! I had a lot of fun writing it, and I suspect the mystery of the pesky rune in the first part will eventually demand that I get them back to the task at hand in another fic.
