We are who we are and there was nothing wrong with what we did. It probably wasn't the best time and place, but it was what we both needed so there's no reason for either of to be ashamed about it and we aren't. That was a horrible shirt. It did nothing for his skin color and it clashed with his eyes. I'm pretty sure that whoever bought it doesn't know anything about fashion. It's a good thing there was a whole in it because he couldn't wear it after that and I didn't have to see it. If he did wear it he didn't wear it around me anyway although I don't think he would have worn a shirt with that big of a hole in it.

*grins* Great chapter! I liked it. I think it works really well and it makes sense that they would both feel like that. I have to agree with asongforcrows about the monologue about Echizen's shirt. That was classic. ^_^

As long as you both wanted it--and you did--that's all that matters. No one is judging you, and certainly not me. As for his shirt, well...Ryoma is many things, but a fashion plate he is not. He could've gotten that as a gag gift and not realized what the word "gag" was for. I bet he treasured that shirt always, though. *grins*
