I like to think that if it is House that will be the father of Cuddy's child, he'll be the one to ask her. I think Cuddy, despite being a strong woman, wouldn't take that step.

Yeah, I don't think she would. She can't be sure of House's motives or reactions. Whether he may agree because he thinks he is the best option, rather than because he wants to just because.

This is very serene and calming. I liked the detail of her just going through her routine and musing. Just vaguely shippy, but very Cuddycentric, which rocks my world.
