Knitting Olympics at the university

The weather's abominable again with the wind and all the raining. I was going to go for a stroll downtown before coming to the university...but was put off halfway when the wind started to pick up.

So, I ended up waaaay too early at the uni. And now I'm just sitting around in an empty class and knit on my Irish Hiking Scarf for the Olympics. I actually find it quite peculiar that with all these people walking around, nobody really ask me about knitting. Oh well, all the best, I can knit in peace in public.

Anyway, I just went and got myself two balls of Lana Grossa's Bingo Chinè, colour #504 (you can see the bag in the picture) and will be making myself either the Marsan Watchcap or another pattern of a hat...just because the success with my mum's hat has spurred me on to wanting to knit another hat...and this time for myself. I reckoned that hats are pretty fast knit and pretty satisfying...and I mean, I think it's less complicated than socks. ;)
