The Park, Sunday Afternoon

Jul 02, 2006 11:34

After Brunch, Tim sat in the park with a cold drink. hoping for something magical, or sci-fi-ish, for him to not see or hear even though it's right in front of his face.

open to interaction, his brain filtering everything he sees and hears so that it fits into a mundane world view is half the fun of this plot so please, come be wacky.

Another apple in hand, Sakurazaki decides to take a stroll into town that afternoon after all of her morning work. Technically, yes, eatting in public was considered rude in Japan, but, well, this wasn't Japan, and she was still suffering post-flight hunger, though thankfully not as much. Sighting Tim in the park, she drifts over with a little wave. "Hey, Tim," she says, taking a bit of the fruit. "How are you?"

"Coping." Tim said. "Still have amnesia, so, please dont' get pissed if I ask who you are." The guy on the radio might have been crazy, but he had been right about the amnesia thing.

Sakurazaki didn't listen to the radio last night; she was on a sort of silent protest against it for barely mentioning her in the jello dragon fight. So she finds herself asking, "Amnesia?"

Her eyes are a little wide. At least it didn't appear that Tim turned into a crazy, psycho girl when he caught amnesia. Yet. But Sakurazaki was ready to run if she had to.

"Guess you didn't hear the cra-uhm, the student on the radio last night. Pippi told me yesterday morning that I hit my head on thursday, apparently word got around to one of the students last night and he told everyone on the radio."

He was amazed, this place must be a big deal if there were students from so far away here. He couldn't place her accent but it sure wasn't american.
