Hey, what's up? I'm Lilly, and I do not want to live in the dorms. Do you still have a room? Money isn't a problem, but I really need a walk-in closet.

Also, do you have a laundry service?

I think you'll find the closet space to be abundant. Take your pick of rooms; I'm in the master suite on the second floor. There are three large rooms connected by a den on the third floor, and two slightly smaller rooms across from mine on the second floor. Full bathroom on each floor, and the ground floor includes the kitchen, formal dining room, and living area.

What respectable residence doesn't have a laundry service? The maid does regular wash twice a week and a dry-cleaning run every Thursday. You're also welcome to my driver whenever I'm not using him.

Do you have any adjoining rooms available? Allison and I would like to live on the same floor, if that's possible. Not that I don't trust your taste in roommates, because I totally do, but she seems cool.

There are no adjoining rooms currently, but if you pick two next to each other, I can get a contractor in next weekend to get that taken care of for you. Just let me know whether you want 2nd floor or 3rd floor.
