Pippi is riding Old Man in lazy circles around and around the pond.

Maybe she'd be willing to let other people have a go...

Nadia was running (of course, what else?) flat out, straight for a tree.

Pippi does not notice Nadia as she runs past. She and Old Man will be passing under said tree just after Nadia hits it...

However she hits it.

And hit it, she did. With her feet, as she'd jumped at the last possible moment, hoping to run several steps up the trunk and grab onto the lowest branch, do a flip, jump down, and keep running.

She even almost makes it. She gets up the trunk, grabs for the branch, misses the branch, and tumbles backwards, possibly right onto Old Man's back.

Pippi sees her friend just in time and reaches out to make sure her friend lands right-side-up on Old Man's back without a word.
