Alluka was still pretty sleepy when she made it into work.
Not because she hadn't gotten sleep, but because she'd broken her sleep up by having to talk to her friends when she got back to her dorm room and they'd tried to tell her where the rest of them were, but it hadn't really made sense.
She'd decided they were all off on an adventure.
Since there were a great number of her friends missing, though, Alluka hoped they came home soon.
Coming into work meant, at least, that she could sweep her elephant up into a hug and tell him the wondrous news before making tea in an attempt to stay awake. She kept grinning into her tea, though, because Kathy was back.
