The Perk, Saturday Morning
As she was currently on tour, Envy had only gotten into town late Friday night. And yes, she'd known Homecoming arrangements had been handled by Gideon before... everything had happened, but the Bridal Suite had still been a -- well, a surprise.
She wasn't going to read too much into it. No point, really.
She appreciated the piano, though.
But right now, she was out of the hotel and enjoying a cup of coffee and a pastry at the Perk. Like old times. Except for how she was dressed to the nines and was handling random business emails on her phone in-between bouts of watching the street outside the window.
Maybe it was nice to take a short breather like this.
