Jono was trying to be an understanding individual today. He really, really was. Hell, he figured he was doing a good job of it for the vast majority of the day, given the way the stereo was revolting again. He'd tried complimenting it. He'd tried suggesting other songs for it to play. Hell, he'd even tried other CDs, then changing the radio station.
He'd tried. So. Many. Things.
But around the fifth consecutive hour of playing Linkin' Park's Crawling on loop, he'd had enough, unplugged the stereo, and stuffed it away into the storage closet for a time-out.
It was nothing shy of miraculous that he'd lasted that long. It was even more of a miracle that he hadn't gone and reduced the bloody thing to slag and ashes.
