City Hall is aglow with the light from the torches. Streamers in blue and yellow line the way for students towards the ballroom. Inside, hangings and other decorations represent the Lost Cities. Dance the night away!

Barry takes the stage, and motions to his band. Including a guitarist who looks... a lot like Barry.

Barry: "Alright kids, we are Barry Jive and the Uptown Five. We've got a whole bunch of great musicians you've never heard of and on guitar, a little handsome guy you might know as former Principal Finn. How about a round of applause for Dewey, huh?"

Dewey: "Thanks kids. We're gonna kick things off tonight with a little song by Cheap Trick. It's called Surrender. Kick us off, Barry?"

And so they perform their first number.

Krycek blinked. "Wow, a principal actually came back to Fandom? I wonder if they've got blackmail material or something."

"I think that's the way we work." Krycek drew her close as they stepped onto the dance floor, even if it wasn't a slow song. He knew his strengths, and dancing? Not actually one of them.

"Hee, yes. Mutually assured destruction. Sort of." Jake grinned. She didn't mind the closeness at all, nope. This was maybe not so much moving to the music as it was just moving, but hey.

"Sounds almost Romeo and Juliet that way," he teased, hands placed about Jake's waist as they 'danced'.

Jake snickered. "But hopefully with more brains. Not that it would take much. And I don't think my dad has anything in particular against your name."

Krycek shook his head, knowing this wasn't an argument he was going to get anywhere in, but. "Someday I'm going to disappear and your father will be the only one to know where the body is hidden."

"Sometimes you're so weird," Jake noted. She shut up and focused on her feet for a moment, then looked up again. "Although I bet dad knows where a lot of bodies are hidden."
