Late Tuesday night, all over Fandom

Perhaps the latest planetary stop just happened to be near a natural portal connection to a pony-filled land. Perhaps Discord decided to explore too far past the realm of sock puppets. Or perhaps it was simply one of those Fandom flukes. Whatever it was, the wind on the island changed direction late Tuesday night, after everyone had gone to bed (or gone to do the things they do when others go to bed), and a little bit of malevolent chaos drifted into town with it. Discord floated like a breezie, so small as to be all but insubstantial, drifting between the sleepy buildings and marvelling in a voice as tiny and overlookable as he was at everything he saw:

[To the tune of "What's this?" from Nightmare Before Christmas]
What's this? What's this?
There's weird things everywhere
What's this?
There's magic in the air
What's this?
I can't believe my eyes
I must be dreaming
Wake up, Discord, you landed where?
What's this?

What's this? What's this?
Strange creatures roam the land
What's this?
Why there's zombies in this band!
What's this?
The streets are filled with
News reporter squirrels
Everypony here just lives with
What sort of chaos heaven is this?
What's this?

There's flamingos in the duck pond
And gremlins in the vents
This locker is a portal
It's all a little bent!
And what's that subtle rumble?
There's something underground
And in my bones I feel the lovely
Chaos all around!

What? Is? This?

What's this? What's this!
There's something very wrong
What's this?
This is a copyrighted song
It's awkward,
It doesn't always scan well,
I think I'm going to have to drop it,
Anyway, my point's across:
I'm in love with Fandom!
I think I'll stick around.

He landed on a branch in the park and disappeared in a little puff, leaving behind an eerie chuckle and the unshakable feeling that something was watching.

[and thus begins our summer BDE! Discord's entrance and song is unnoticable and thus NFB and NFI, though anyone who might be awake and/or aware of such things are more than welcome to have a Bad Feeling About This.]
