There's a section of the room with a dance floor that is, for the moment, blissfully unglittery. Go and get your groove on to some moddable music!

April had basically forgotten how to dance without Andy there so she could copy his movements. Also, she hated dancing. So she stood around in the middle of the dance floor and texted her husband. Yeah.

It occurred to Tim, that somehow, he and Gwynn had gone a long time without dancing. And had not yet done so as an engaged couple. He turned to his fiancee (his fiancee!!) and held out his arm. "Would you care to dance my lady?"

Gwynn got to her feet with a smile and linked her arm through his.

"I would love to dance, my lord."

She was still very much the feeling of being somewhat newly engaged.

Tim was very glad it was currently a slow song. He needed a bit more spiked punch before he could not feel stupid at any other tempo.

Though oddly enough, swing dancing felt enough like fighting with a partner that he wasn't too bad at that.

On the dance floor, he held her close, and leaned in for a kiss.

Gwynn couldn't have cared less what tempo the music was because she was focused on the man that she was dancing with.

All those years ago they had met here and fell in here and now, nine years of Fandom time later, they were engaged here,

She was happy to kiss him back as they danced.

The next song made Tim start to laugh. "Oh you're kidding." It brought back very bittersweet memories. More sweet since they'd found each other again.

Gwynn laughed and shook her head. "Could have been worse," she reminded him.

There were times she had be spelled to sing and her songs weren't happy when they first parted,

He went to twirl her. "Could be polka." he agreed.

Fandom worked in very mysterious and quirky ways. He still had never told her about that alternate universe he'd visited with all the vampires.

"I don't think I could dance to a polka," she admitted,

Fandom did have mysterious ways, but Eve, Sean and everyone else that knew her had been very careful not to tell Gwynn about the vampire world and what the vampire version of her had done to people.

They shouldn't have said anything.

"Oh good grief." Tim almost collapsed, giggling.

Gwynn shook her head as she giggled. But she wasn't moving. She would stand right there until the music changed.

The next song wasn't slow, but The previous selections had effectively loosened Tim up.

"It is so weird having access to music almost a decade in advance!" Tim said. Forgetting for a moment that Gwynn would totally win in that contest.

Gwynn smirked at him as she came back to dance into his arms.

"I love this song."

Tim would love to be able to give all sorts of music geek reasons for loving the song and the band, but all he knew was, he agreed with Gwynn.

"Me too."

"Do you ever miss it here," Gwynn asked him as they started dancing to another slow song. "I mean, the day to day stuff and the invasions."
