Octavia was gone.

Bellamy had gotten in very late last night after another futile search for Clarke. It was like she'd disappeared without a trace. The group hadn't yet ventured into Grounder territory but after the latest developments, that was going to be Bellamy's first stop. They'd taken Clarke and now they had his sister.

With fury in his eyes and tension in the lines of his body, he'd gathered a small group (including Finn), grabbed a gun and led them out of camp and into the forest. They needed a tracker and even though Bellamy didn't like the guy, Finn was the best they had. He wasn't going to be going out of his way to help the guy. Bellamy's mind was strictly on Octavia.

His sister, his responsibility.

Even Raven blaming him for the lives lost on the Ark wasn't going to touch him. Not now. She could whine and cry to someone else about how terrible a person he was. Maybe Finn could hold her tenderly and let her cry on his shoulder.

Bellamy had other things to do.

They were stepping silently, boots imprinting in the soft dirt as they went. Bellamy kept his eyes on Finn's back, gun held at the ready. The closer they got to Grounder territory, the angrier Bellamy got. He'd kill them all. Every single one of them.

Finn held a hand to stop the group, listening for something faint in the distance. Bellamy stepped forward, gun up and took the lead. There was something hissing behind a large tree. Without thinking about the fact that it could be a trap, Bellamy lunged around the tree and fell right into a portal.

He heard Finn shout and then -- nothing.

Bellamy whipped around, expecting to see Finn behind him, ready with a lecture on being more careful but there was nothing. He was alone. Alone and in a completely different place. There weren't any trees surrounding him, no dirt beneath his boots. He still had his gun and he raised it defensively, not sure what the hell kind of trick this was.

Bellamy knew there were parts of Earth they hadn't yet explored but this was impossible. There were buildings in the distance, well kept and bright. They looked lived in. It was hotter here than it had been just a minute ago and Bellamy felt perspiration slide into his eyes.

A noise caught his attention and Bellamy turned, eyes settling on the ocean nearby. He'd heard about these on the Ark, even seen the massive blue masses from space but to be this close to one? Impossible. There was no way.

Where the hell was he?

[ Open, of course. Bellamy's on the boardwalk, confused as hell and holding a gun. Please note: he most likely won't give the gun up but he does know how to handle it and might take you as a threat at first. He's not going to shoot anyone. ]
