Congratulations Polly and Jun Ho!
Nikolai couldn't stop snickering every time he looked up from the check-in desk to the banner that Mary had hanging in the hotel lobby. It helped to brighten his day a whole hell of a lot, every time some cranky guest came in after too many hours of travel, or his mother phoned from LA again to make certain that he wasn't heartbroken that she couldn't afford to visit.
He dealt with the guests with as much patience as he could afford, and promised his mother, "No, Mana, I understand flights across the country aren't cheap. Yeah - yeah, I'll make sure to visit for Thanksgiving this year. I'm already saving up. If you don't get me then, it'll be Christmas for sure."
Welcome to the Arms Hotel!
