So, catching up on the SHIELD reports from her world, Tony Stark was kidnapped last night, a new Stark satellite with a nuclear core was pulled out of orbit with the intent of destroying California, a rogue 'West Coast Ultimates' team did that and attacked the White House, and President Cap, Thor, Iron Man, and Susan Storm teamed up to save the day, all before Cap told the team he was resigning from the Presidency. And Jessica currently had her earbuds in to listen to his public announcement about that.
So Jessica wasn't getting a ton of work done today. Seriously, why did crazy things always happen in her world over Homecoming weekend? She was just going to assume that she wouldn't have the opportunity to come back to Fandom for Homecoming next year because she'd be dealing with something completely damn insane.
